Originally moved from Epsom, this beautiful villa needed a lot of work to get it from it’s original state to what it is today.
We opened up walls, installed beams and made the old 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house into a stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that this family will enjoy for years to come.
Kitchen Design
Kitchens are the heart of the home and it has to not only be beautiful but functional. We can offer advice on what will and won’t work in the space and where additional storage space might be utilised.
Bathrooms
A large functional family bathroom was a client requirement in this build. Bathrooms can also prove to be the most challenging but we work with plumbers and gas fitters to ensure the job goes smoothly, with few delays.
Maintaining the Character
This house gave us the opportunity to show case a lot of our skills. We worked with wide profile timbers and restored ceilings and floors while remaining true to the integrity and character of the building.
